POLICIES & FAQ
Welcome to Spreckels Theater! We’re thrilled to have you join us for an unforgettable experience. Here are some important details to ensure your visit goes smoothly.
Arrival Time
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to allow ample time for parking, visiting the box office, and finding your seats.
Late Seating
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of our house manager to minimize disruptions to the performance and other patrons.
Dress Code
At Spreckels, there’s no formal dress code – just come as you are and enjoy the show! However, we do ask that you refrain from wearing strong scents, as some of our patrons may be sensitive to them.
Children Policy
We love introducing new theater enthusiasts to the magic of live performances! If you have any questions about a show’s content or recommended age, feel free to reach out to our box office. Generally, we recommend theatergoers be at least 5 years old. Please note that disruptive behavior may result in being asked to leave, and we kindly ask that babes in arms remain at home.
Cell Phones
To ensure an immersive experience for all, please silence your cell phone before the show begins. Any use of cell phones during performances is strictly prohibited, and patrons found using them will be asked to leave the theater.
Food and Drink
Indulge in delicious snacks, treats, and beverages available at our concessions stand before the show and during intermission. Food is permitted in the lobby only, while beverages with lids are allowed inside the theater. Spreckels provides filtered water dispensers in the lobby, so feel free to bring your own reusable bottle.
Photography or Video
Let’s capture memories with our hearts, not our cameras! Photography or video of any kind during performances is not allowed, as it can be distracting and disruptive. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Pets & Service Animals
No animals are allowed into the theater. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
Refunds and Exchanges
There are no refunds under any circumstances, with the exception of cancelled performances. Exchanges may be made for the same show with at least 24 hrs. notice before the original performance date. After that, no exchanges will be issued. Tickets cannot be transferred from one production to another.
Our theaters are wheelchair accessible, and we’re happy to provide special accommodations for patrons with disabilities. For further inquiries, please call our box office at 707-588-3400.
