Theatre Etiquette
Arrival Time
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to allow ample time for parking, visiting the box office, and finding your seats.
Children Policy
We love introducing new generations to the magic of live theatre! If you questions about a shows content or recommended ages, feel free to reach out to the box office at 707-588-3400. We typically recommend that theatergoers are at least 5 years old. Please note that disruptive behavior will result in patrons of any age being asked to leave the theater. All children must have their own ticket. No children under the age of 3 will be allowed in the theater.
Scents
We kindly ask audience members to refrain from wearing strong scents as some patrons may be sensitive to them.
Cell Phones
To ensure an immersive experience for all, please silence your cell phone before the show begins. Any use of cell phones during performances is strictly prohibited, and patrons found using them may be asked to leave the theater.
Food and Drink
Indulge in snacks, treats, and beverages available at our concessions stand before the show and during intermission. Food is permitted in the lobby only, while beverages with lids are allowed inside the theater. Spreckels provides filtered water dispensers in the lobby, so feel free to bring your own reusable bottle.
Photography or Video
Photography or video of any kind during performances is not allowed, as it can be distracting, disruptive and a violation of our licensing agreements. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Animals
Only service animals are permitted inside the theater. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Buying Tickets
Visit the Buy Tickets page for more information on current productions. Tickets may be purchased through the box office by phone at (707) 588-3400 or in person at 5409 Snyder Lane, Rohnert Park, CA 94928, Wednesday – Saturday 12–5PM and 1 hour before performances.
Refunds & Exchanges
There are no refunds under any circumstances, with the exception of canceled performances. Exchanges may be made for the same show with at least 24 hrs. notice before the original performance date. After that, no exchanges will be issued. Tickets cannot be transferred from one production to another.
Late Seating
Latecomers for shows in the Codding Theater will be seated at the discretion of our house manager in a seat close to the theater entrance to minimize disruptions to the performance and other patrons. Patrons may move to their assigned seats during the intermission. No late seating is permitted in the Condiotti Studio Theater.

Non-Spreckels Productions
Spreckels Performing Arts Center hosts many dance and music performances throughout the year that are produced by other companies. The cost of the rental shows that take place at the Spreckels facilities are set at the discretion of the renter and are subject to variation. Please check the event listing for a specific cost or call the box office at 707-588-3400.
Showtimes
Spreckels’ performances are Friday at 7:30 PM, Saturday at 7:30 PM and Sunday at 2:00 PM (unless otherwise specified).

Accessibility
Spreckels Performing Arts Center offers free parking and wheelchair access. Guests who require accessible parking, seating, or assistance are encouraged to contact the box office in advance to confirm the best arrival and seating arrangements. How many accessible parking spaces are available, and where are they located?
There are five spaces near the theatre entrance. There are others over by the Community Center, which is approximately 100 yards away.
Is the route from accessible parking to the entrance step-free and paved the entire way?
Yes.
Are there curb ramps or level drop-off points near the main entrance?
Yes.
Is there at least one accessible public entrance, and does it have automatic or assisted entry?
Yes.
Are wheelchair-accessible seats available in both theaters, and can companions sit adjacent?
Yes. For wheelchair seating, we do ask that people make arrangements with the box office ahead of time.
Is the loge accessible?
The loge area in the main theatre is not wheelchair accessible.
Are accessible restrooms available in the lobby or near the auditorium?
Yes, in the lobby.
Is staff assistance available for guests who need help entering, seating, or using the facility?
Yes.
Are service animals welcomed throughout the venue?

Are assistive listening devices available for performances?
Yes in the main theater. The small theater does not support assistive listening devices.
Is accessible parking first-come, first-served, or does it require advance coordination?
Parking is first come, first served.
Are there button activated automatic doors in key areas like front entry and bathrooms?
The main entrance has a button-activated entry. Automated doors are not needed for entry to the restrooms. Stall doors are not automated.
